Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • We provide free shipping across India for orders greater than ₹4999.

  • All prices are inclusive of GST.

  • Please note that billing Address refers to the address where a customer receives credit card bills and shipping address refers to the address where the order has to be delivered. You cannot change the shipping address once the order is placed.

  • Customers are requested to provide an accurate, complete and valid address and pin code at the time of creating an account to avoid any delays, as we would not be liable if any incorrect address is provided and no refunds may be claimed by the buyer for any delay in delivery of the Products, which was caused due to reasons beyond our control.

  • Once the order is placed, you can track the order status on our website, and in case of any queries relating to the order, our customer care service is available on all the weekdays between 9.30am A 6.30 pm IST. Or you can email your query to rukminidesignsofficial@gmail.com. After the product is dispatched by us, you will receive the tracking code, with which you can track the status of your purchased product.

  • Shipping charges on our products shall be mentioned at the time of checkout. We do free shipping worldwide as given in the above table. The shipping charges wherever applicable are based on basket size. In cases where the basket size becomes voluminous, we charge a nominal fee as oversized packaging charges, to accommodate and safely deliver all the items ordered.

  • We disclaim our liability in case of any delay in the delivery due to unforeseen events or wrong delivery address provided by the buyers.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. We offer and easy 7 days replacement policy to our customers. Please ensure that you take an unboxing video. The customer shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 7 (seven) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product.
The request will be approved or rejected within 24-48 hours depending upon the replacement
criteria.
Reasons for REPLACEMENT

  • Accepted Reasons:

  • Manufacturing Defect

  • Tear in the Saree

  • Incorrect Product Delivered (e.g., wrong design, color, or fabric)

Transit Damage
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
Mandatory Criteria for REPLACEMENT

  •  The items should be unused and unwashed.

  • Items without tags will not be accepted. The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place.  

  •  There should not be any scratches or deformities on the surface of the product.

  • Return request to be raised within 7 days from the delivery date by writing an email to rukminidesignsofficial@gmail.com 

 Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned same goods to the customer at their expense. No replacement will be provided. In Case your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partner for a reverse pick up. We will request you to send the products via any Courier Service so that the product reaches us safe. We will not be responsible for any damage to the parcel during transit, and will not be accepting any damaged products. You have to share the tracking details of the courier with us via email. In such a
case, an additional amount of Rs 99 will be given to you as gift coupon value as a shipping reimbursement.
